Story
The personal side
Jimmie and I have been together since high school, and as soon as I graduated, he made it official and put a ring on it!—when you know, you know, right? We tied the knot in 2017 right here in Amarillo and have been happily married ever since.
We’re proud pet parents to Tank, our 8-year-old pup, and Geralt, our quirky bearded dragon (though Jimmie doesn’t claim him). Alongside photography, we both pursued careers in education. Jimmie is a principal in Borger, and I’m a teacher in Amarillo.
When we’re not in the classroom or behind the camera, you’ll likely find us at the gym, playing video games, or heading to a concert. We’re also big-time foodies, so if you’ve got any must-try recommendations, let us know!
We feel incredibly blessed to live such a full and busy life, sharing it with each other and all of our wonderful clients. Thank you for being part of our journey—we hope you stick around and get to know us even better!
I’ve always loved capturing moments through photography. When my little brother graduated high school, he asked me to take his senior pictures. Armed with Pinterest inspiration and an iPhone, we made it happen—and they actually turned out pretty good! That experience sparked an idea: what if I could turn this passion into something more?
In 2019, Jimmie bought me my first camera, and one of my coworkers trusted me enough to photograph her family. I’ve been honored to capture their memories every year since! With each session, I worked to refine my skills, and our business has grown in ways I never imagined. By 2024, we were so busy that I had to train Jimmie as my backup! While he’s been the mastermind behind our photobooth since last year, he’s now also a competent second shooter and a pro at Lightroom, helping me with editing whenever I need it.
